ABOUT ME

I am an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM). I began my career as an RN in 1994 and as a midwife in 2012.

Over time, I was drawn to chronic illness care.

I went on to study Integrative and Functional Medicine with Aviva Romm, MD. I have certification training from the Leslie Korn Institute for Integrative Medicine. I have additional continuing education training from the University of Arizona Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine.

I have completed the Advanced Professional Training program from the Center for Mind Body Medicine .

I am currently enrolled in the Functional and Integrative Psychiatry fellowship program with Dr. James Greenblatt of Psychiatry Redefined. I am a member of the American Society of Addiction Medicine.

I also have a specialization in Medical Cannabis. I am member of the Society of Cannabis Clinicians and American Cannabis Nurses Association.

I am currently pursuing a post graduate program for Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Frontier Nursing University.

I weave principles and practices of Integrative and Functional Medicine, Botanical and Nutritional Medicine, and Mind/Body Medicine into a rich and holistic approach, rooted in the profound healing support that comes from deep nourishment of body, mind, emotions, and spirit.

I am a mother, grandmother, musician, tropical life lover. I divide my time between New Hampshire in the US, and the home I created in a tiny remote fishing village in Jamaica, West Indies.
